asil is at his obsequious best when he decides that one of the guests, Mr. Hutchinson, is a hotel inspector. Why else would the man be asking for the rental of a television and a myriad of other out of the ordinary services? Basil is fawning all over him while he is at his rude best with the remaining guests, including Mr. Walt who has his own reasons for staying at the Fawlty Towers. Things go from bad to worse when Basil decides that he may have made a mistake.
